OBC Non Creamy Layer ( NCL) certificate  application Process 

Documents Required

1 Ration card copy
2 Latest Property tax receipt copy ( lKaram Adacha Receipt)
3 Copy of your SSLC book
4 5 Rs Revenue stamp or Court fee stamp of 5 Rs
5 Application which has a village officer report page , PS Note, carry 2 copies of village officer report form because village officer will retain one copy and another one will be given to you

Note: You dont have to fill the details in the village officer report, as the village officer will help you filling the form.

Step 1
Approach your village office with above documents and the application form
Keep originals of all the documents in handy incase the officer ask/may want to  see it in original
Officer will verify all details and give you a report

Step 2
Carry all documents along with the report given by the village officer to your Taluk office

it will take 2-3 hrs to get the OBC NCL certificate issued from the taluk office depends on the availability of Tehsildar /Deputy Tehsildar

Water Connection- Govt of Kerala

Here is the process to get a new water connection

Visit water authority with the following documents

Ownership certificate from the Panchayth/Muncipality

below listed are the process to get ownership certificate from panchayath or muncipality

An Application with 5 Rs revenue stamp on it ( Normally you get this from the panchayath/ or just ask any  shops near by the panchayath )
Copy of the Tax paid receipt of your house/property (Karam Theertha receipt copy)

Birth - Death - Registration - Govt of Kerala

Birth - Death -  Registration - Govt of Kerala

Get your Birth - Death -  from the panchayath where the death/birth tookplace

here is the process to apply

An application form which is available at panchayath ( or you may ask nearby shops, they normally sell applications)
5rs Revenue stamp
20 rs Stamp Paper

application fee - 12 Rs ( keep the receipt as you need it to collect death/birth certificate)

time to get the certificate - 1 week

Don't forget to collect the phone number of the panchayath/municipality so you can call them to check the status of your appplication

Remark : Visit the panchayath with the receipt you get it because they will take the receipt and handover the death/birth certificate
